“New York has become the edgy city of the world. We’ve taken that title away from London” . . . the mayor said at a groundbreaking for an apartment building in Williamsburg. (!!)

Jane does all the fabrication – all the beading, all the embroidery, all the embellishing – all the sequins – herself.
by hand. she learnt her ‘domestic’ skills, ha. double ha. as a young child from her grandmother – who hand-beaded costumes for the Russian circus, before the family immigrated to the US of A.
